Blade Neural Link
Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
Blade Neural Link is the Meta app that businesses use to connect their Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages and business portfolios to the Blade Link sales brain: an assistant that answers messages and comments, spots who may become a customer and shows the business which content and ads bring in sales. This policy explains what data the app receives, what we use it for, who we share it with and how to have it deleted. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Who we are and our role
The app is operated by BLADE LINK ARGENTINA SOCIEDAD POR ACCIONES SIMPLIFICADA (Blade Link Argentina SAS, “Blade Link”), tax ID (CUIT) 30-71739928-1, registered address Cap. Juan M. Bustos 115, (5153) San Antonio de Arredondo, Dpto. Punilla, Córdoba, Argentina. Contact: info@bladelink.company.
- When a business connects its accounts, that business is the controller of the data of the people who message it, and Blade Link acts as a processor: we process the data only to provide the service and on the business’s instructions.
- For Blade Link’s own accounts, Blade Link is the controller.
2. Data we receive
From the business that connects its accounts
- IDs and names of the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, business portfolios and ad accounts the business chooses to connect.
- The access tokens Meta issues on connection. They are stored encrypted and never displayed.
- Data about its posts (ID, caption, link and date), to know which post started each conversation and so the assistant can share them.
- If the business enables it: the spend and results of its ad campaigns.
From the people who message the business
- The ID Meta assigns to that person for that account (not their general profile ID) and, when Meta provides it, their public name and username.
- The content of the direct messages and comments they address to the business, with date and time.
- Where the conversation came from when Meta reports it: the post, story or ad they wrote from.
- Information the person chooses to share in the conversation, such as email, phone number, industry or what they need.
- What the system derives from the conversation: a summary, a stage (e.g. “interested” or “customer”), an interest score and a suggested next step. If the business records it, also the sale outcome and its value.
We do not ask for or store passwords, card data, messages from accounts the business did not connect, or private conversations between other people.
3. Meta permissions the app uses
Each business sees and accepts the list when connecting. Depending on what it enables, the app may use permissions to:
- See the Pages, Instagram accounts and portfolios the business selected (pages_show_list, business_management, instagram_basic).
- Receive and reply to direct messages (instagram_manage_messages, pages_messaging).
- Read and reply to comments on its posts (instagram_manage_comments, pages_read_user_content, pages_manage_engagement).
- Subscribe its accounts to new-message notifications (pages_manage_metadata).
- Read post insights (pages_read_engagement, instagram_manage_insights).
- Read campaign spend, create audiences and set up paused campaigns (ads_read, ads_management).
- Tell Meta which conversations ended in a sale (business messaging conversion events).
4. How we use the data
- Automatically answer messages and comments on behalf of the business, using the information the business provided.
- Hand the conversation over to a person at the business when needed.
- Show the business, in its dashboard, who may become a customer and at what stage they are.
- Measure which posts, stories and ads generate conversations and sales, and suggest better content topics.
- Improve that business’s assistant with learnings the business itself approves.
- Only if the business enables it: send conversion events to Meta and build audiences for its ads (see section 6).
- Comply with legal obligations and keep the service secure.
A business’s data is used only for that business: it is not shared with other customers and is not used to answer for or train another business’s assistant. We do not sell personal data.
5. Artificial intelligence
Replies, summaries and scores are generated by an AI system. We run it with our own models on our own servers in Córdoba, Argentina. If that system is unavailable, the reply is generated by a cloud AI provider (see section 7), which receives the text needed to answer that message. People can always ask to talk to someone at the business, and the business can take over the conversation at any time. The score is an internal aid for the business and is not used to make decisions with legal effects on anyone.
6. Advertising and signals to Meta (only if the business enables them)
They are off by default. If the business turns them on from its dashboard:
- Conversion events: through the Conversions API we tell Meta that a conversation became “interested”, “qualified” or a “sale”, with the business account ID and the person’s ID for that account. For WhatsApp conversations the phone number is hashed (SHA-256). Meta uses this signal to optimize the business’s ads.
- Audiences: the business can create custom audiences with the people who messaged it. Emails and phone numbers are hashed before leaving our servers; they are never sent in plain text.
- Campaigns: the app can only create campaigns in a paused state. Activating them and spending money is always the business’s decision.
What Meta does with that information is governed by Meta’s policies.
7. Who we share data with
Only with providers we need to run the service, and only what each one needs:
- Meta Platforms: the platform messages come in and go out through, plus the events and audiences in section 6.
- Vercel (website and dashboard hosting) and MongoDB (database for dashboard conversations).
- Cloudflare (network and secure connection to our servers).
- Groq, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) and NVIDIA: backup AI providers from section 5.
- Telegram and Resend: alerts to the business’s team when a conversation needs a person; they may include the message text.
- Authorities, when required by law or court order.
Some of these providers process information outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. We work with them under their data processing agreements, which require them to keep the information confidential and secure.
8. How long we keep data
- Conversations, each person’s record and the business’s information are kept, including after the business disconnects the app, so it does not lose its history if it reconnects.
- When the business disconnects the app, we stop receiving data from its accounts and its access tokens stop working.
- If a person asks for their data to be deleted, we delete it within 5 business days. If the business asks for its data to be deleted, we delete it within 30 days (see data deletion).
- We keep backups under the same security measures. If someone asked for their data to be deleted, we do not use those backups to restore it.
9. Security
All information travels encrypted (HTTPS). Access tokens are stored encrypted. Our servers are not directly exposed to the internet and only accept authenticated requests. Dashboard access is limited to authorized staff of each business and of Blade Link.
10. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data, and object to its use. If you messaged a business that uses Blade Neural Link, you can ask that business or contact us directly at info@bladelink.company; we handle it together with the business. To delete data, follow the data deletion instructions. Under Argentine Law 25,326 you may access your data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, and you may file complaints with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the data protection authority. Blade Link is registered with the National Registry of Databases (RL-2026-104532620).
11. Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. If a minor messaged a business and you want their data deleted, contact us and we will do it.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will also notify the businesses with connected accounts.
